Important Dates

  • Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via  https://www.zmeeting.org/submission/icmm2025


  • The version of your submission must be in the requested format. The authors are suggested to use the Full Paper Template. 
  • Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract. Abstract Template.
  • The registration fee is not refundable once the registration is finished.
  • At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration.
  • The final papers must be submitted before the requested date, more.
  • If you need a formal conference invitation letter for visa application or any other purpose, please email to icmm@academic.net.
  • At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper. For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

Guidelines for ICMM 2025 Authors

  1. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
  2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
    • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
    • Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
    • Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
    • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist
